Your information. A clear explanation.
When you select “Send your request”, the contact form submits your details to this website and requests email delivery to the Axton team. This is an enquiry, not a confirmed meeting.

PRIVACY / AXTON CONSULTING
01
What the form does
The form checks required fields and the format of your work email. Selecting “Send your request” submits your details to this website over HTTPS. Contact Form 7 is configured to email your request to info@axtonconsulting.com, using your work email as the reply-to address.
02
What happens to your entries
The eight fields are name, work email, organization, sector, area of interest, your priorities, timing or dependencies, and an optional supporting link. Name, work email, organization and your priorities are required. The form includes the details you provide in the enquiry email.
The reviewed setup has no submission-storage extension enabled. Contact Form 7 does not itself provide a stored inbox of submitted messages. This does not establish what may be retained in email accounts, hosting logs or backups. Access, retention and deletion arrangements require client confirmation.
03
Bookings and contact
Submitting the form is a request for contact, not a confirmed meeting or reservation. The Axton team can reply to the work email you provide to discuss a discovery call. No automatic acknowledgement email is enabled in the reviewed form configuration.
04
Before entering information
Please provide only the business information needed to describe your enquiry. Do not enter confidential, sensitive, medical or payment information, or include links to documents containing it.
05
Website content and privacy information
Client confirmation required: the responsible business’s legal name and postal address, privacy contact, hosting and email providers, any other processors, who can access enquiries, and the retention and deletion arrangements for mailboxes, logs and backups.
The reviewed Contact page loads Google Fonts and Google Maps resources. Cookie and analytics use, including any cookies shared across the hosting domain, must be confirmed before this notice is finalised. This page describes the configuration reviewed; it does not claim regulatory compliance.
